How It Works
How does the animation work?
After your order you send us a photo of your child's drawing. Our team turns it into a short animated clip that keeps the drawing's original look – just in motion. We email you the finished video, and you copy it onto the frame.
How do I send my child's drawing?
Use the upload link in your order confirmation email, or send a clear photo of the drawing to office@mylittle-artist.com with your order number. Drawings on plain paper with strong colors work best.
How long does it take to get my animation?
You'll receive each animation by email within 3 business days after we receive the drawing.
How many drawings can I send?
As many as you ordered: 1, 5 or your custom number. Send them right after checkout so we can start animating. Want more later? Order extra animations any time under Animations Only.
How do I get the animation onto the frame?
Connect the frame to your computer with the included USB-C cable and copy the video file onto it. No memory card needed – the 4GB built-in storage holds plenty of animations, photos and videos. Step-by-step instructions come with every animation.
What if I don't like the animation?
Just reply to our email – we'll redo it free of charge.
The Frame
Does the frame need Wi-Fi or an app?
No. The Little Picasso Frame works without Wi-Fi, without an app and without a subscription.
Can I play my own photos and videos?
Yes! Besides your animations, the frame shows your own photos and plays videos with sound through its built-in speaker.
How much can the frame hold?
The frame has 4GB of built-in storage – room for lots of animations, photos and videos.
Does the frame have a battery?
Yes. A built-in rechargeable battery lets you enjoy it cord-free, and it charges via USB-C.
Ordering & Gifting
Which size and how many drawings should I choose?
First pick your frame size: 5" fits a nightstand or desk, 7" is our all-rounder for shelves and sideboards, 10" is the showpiece for the living room. Then choose how many drawings we should animate: 1 to start, 5 for siblings or a little gallery, or Custom for exactly the number you want. The frame plays all your animations one after another.
Can I choose exactly how many drawings to animate?
Yes. Pick 1 drawing, our popular 5-drawing set, or choose Custom and set any number from 2 to 10. Need more than 10? Email us at office@mylittle-artist.com and we'll set it up for you.
I already have the frame – can I order animations only?
Yes! Go to Animations Only, choose how many drawings you'd like animated (1, 5 or any custom number) and check out – no new frame needed. Send us the drawings after your order and you'll receive the finished animations by email within 3 business days, ready to copy onto your Little Picasso Frame.
Can I send the frame as a gift?
Yes! Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout – whether it's for a new mom, a proud dad, your best friend's kids or the whole family. You can still send us the drawings and receive the animations yourself.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship with tracking and usually arrive within 7–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your frame is on its way.
What is your return policy?
If you aren't 100% happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery and return the frame for a full refund of the purchase price (delivered animations excluded). Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for details.
