30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you and your little artist to love your Little Picasso Frame. If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Returns

To start a return, email office@mylittle-artist.com with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with the return instructions and address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first – returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

To be eligible, the frame must be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition with all included accessories.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll notify you and issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Animations that have already been delivered are personalized digital services and are not refundable. If you return the frame before we have animated your drawings, you receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Not happy with an animation? Just reply to our email within 30 days and we'll redo it free of charge.

Damaged or defective items

If your frame arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund – your choice. In this case, we cover any return shipping costs.
