Terms of Service

Overview

This website is operated by My Little Artist ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Products and services

We sell the Little Picasso Frame, a digital picture frame, in sets with 1, 3 or 5 animations. Each animation is an animated video created from one drawing that you send us after your purchase. Animations are delivered as video files by email.

2. Your drawings

By sending us a drawing, you confirm that you have the right to share it (for example, as the parent or legal guardian of the child who created it). You keep all rights to your drawings and animations. You grant us a limited license to use the drawing solely to create and deliver your animation. We will not use your drawings or animations for marketing without your explicit permission.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

5. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colors and screen images may vary slightly depending on your device. Animations are created individually and may differ in style from the examples shown.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Little Artist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
