Shipping Policy

Shipping

All Little Picasso Frame orders ship with tracking. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–12 business days after shipment. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

As soon as your frame is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Gifts

You can ship the frame directly to the recipient – simply enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Animations are always delivered to the email address used for your order.

Animations

Animations are digital and delivered by email within 3 business days after we receive your drawing.

Delays and lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days or the tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, please contact us and we'll take care of it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible – we can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped.
